We are not travelling in a road without obstacles. It is expected that often we will stumble, and often we will fall.

So I wrote this poetry to let you know that whatever happens, always be strong, as we keep on journeying to our ultimate destination.

When you walk through the storm

Don’t rely on our human strength

Know that it has limitation

It fails to meet our expectation

Put your trust in our SAVIOUR

His strength is always perfect

He will never leave nor forsake you

His promises are forever true

Respond patiently to difficulties

Give no room for angers

Your spirit is willing to pray

Each and every single day

When your heart and soul is hurting

Respond in a humble crying

During the times of suffering

Don’t lean on your own understanding

Be still when winds are blowing

Be strong when you are walking

There’s always light in darkest night

His strong arms will hold you tight

Just smile My Friend

Walk with hope in your heart

May all your troubles be stolen

Till we meet once again

A sudden blackout occurred during mealtime yester night. There was fear. There was sorrow.

We are frightened to walk when there’s no light that guides us for we will surely get lost.

We become sorrowful knowing that without the light we can do nothing.

In this journey called life, we need a kind of light that would certainly guides us as we travel on the right road with full of hopes and comforts.

This kind of light would safely lead us home.

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

John 8:12

I’m only human who listens to the voice of my human spirit rather than listening to the voice of the Spirit of God which sometimes leads me to making disharmony with others.

I’m only human who sometimes forget that I am a child of God who is called to strive for unity – not partition, not strife – but for harmony.

We’re only humans and we’re not perfect. But we become more than humans as we understand, forgive, and reconcile each other perfectly through the counsel of the Holy Ghost for the glory of God the Father, and His Son – Our one and only Savior, because we are the children of understanding, forgiveness, and reconciliation, travelling to the road of spiritual maturity and spiritual satisfaction.

May this day will mark the beginning of the realization of our human weaknesses and limitations.

On this day my spirit was filled with mystery as I saw a rainbow somewhere in the sky above.

It was a mystery to me because there’s no rain in the city.

Truly amazing! The rainbow brings unusual joys in my heart.

Who is the Rainbow in our spiritual life? He is the Holy Spirit – the comforter, guardian, and counselor.

He keeps us smiling despite of everything that wants to take away the joys in our hearts, and someone who will never ever leave us till the earth will pass away.

He is constantly preventing us from dangers. He is a guardian who’s always on our side to guard and keep us all the time.

He is the greatest counselor above all. The unseen one who gives instruction in all we do, inspiration to keep us doing the right thing, and hope, when hope is out of sight.

On this day, I am hoping that you and I will be comforted, guarded, and counseled by the Rainbow of our spiritual life – each and every day of our life.

Through the years I have disobeyed the divine law of our Almighty Father by keeping falsely the Sabbath day.

The seventh day of the week is Saturday. It is the truest day of rest as stated on the Book of God.

Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

Genesis 2:1-3

Keep the Sabbath day to sanctify it, as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee. Six days thou shalt labor, and do all thy work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou: And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the Sabbath day.

Deuteronomy 5:12-15

Faith becomes meaningless when one of the commandments of God is being denied. May this truth will enlighten us and for us to become children of obedience.

I was drinking a cup of tea outside home while watching the harmonious colors of the sky, wondrous setting of the sun, and the early appearance of the smiling moon.

Before one last drink, a tiny insect has fallen perfectly into the cup. I wonder why such wideness of the environment the insect falls into a very narrow one.

That event reminds me that the continuous existence of those insects depends on the plants, without the plants – they will be ultimately dead.

Every man is an insect relying on the plants that would give him life.

These plants are the Words of God found on the Book of God.

They alone are a truest guide to every man so that he will not be lost. Without these plants, he becomes – spiritually dead.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

II Timothy 3:16

That we should no longer be children tossed to and for and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting.

Ephesians 14:14

The grass withers, but the word of our God stands forever.

Isaiah 40:8

May we find the plants that would give us life so that we may become fully insects journeying to the road of knowledge, understanding, and righteousness.

Joys

Few of the plates we are using at home are marked with these words: hope faith love. Every time I prepare a meal, those words catch my attention and lead me to meditation.

Whatever difficulties we are facing today, we are not to be losing hope because God is faithful to those who truly trust in Him. And we too, should be faithful and be obedient to His will.

Those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles.

Isaiah 40:31

But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.

James 1:6

The greatest love the world has ever known is when God the Father sent His only Son – Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord, to pay the sins of all generations.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

John 3:16

May these spiritual foods will fill our hearts and souls with hope, faith, love, always and forever.

Joys

Sometimes we are praying not in a proper way which resulted to the absence of the Holy Spirit.

Sometimes we don’t know how to begin, and how to end a prayer. And there are times we feel that our prayers are not being answered.

It was a day of amusement to my spirit when I noticed a separate page from the book of God. It gave me interest to know the contents of that page which alone is being separated due to book’s oldness. And the contents hold the answer to the proper and truest way of praying.

And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words. Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. In this manner, therefore, pray:

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name.

Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil one.

For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever.

Amen.

Matthew 6:7-13

When we pray in a proper way with all our hearts, our minds, and our souls – we can feel a real difference.

It’s been a long time we’ve been together. Whoever you are, and wherever you are, I am glad to become a part of you.

Wherever you go, keep this poetry, as we journey towards eternity.

I know the roads to riches

You know the ways to powers

But we need not these things

To satisfy our spiritual beings

If you are facing tribulations

Cry out to God

It is the very best medicine

Freeing heart and soul from pain

Just rely on the Book of God

Coz it belongs to every person

Containing truth and revelation

Saving the people of a nation

There we find the righteousness, power

Justice and love of God our Father

The way, the truth, and the life

The one who can give us eternal life

No matter what you’ve done

You are a child of God

It’s not too late to begin anew

Today or maybe tomorrow

Keep on smiling

You and I hand in hand

Together we’ll be travelling

Till the ocean turns to sand

Joys

There are numerous creatures that we could find at the sea. But the only group that totally moved me is the penguins.

They journey together through thick and thin. When the strong cold winds hinder, they gather together, and stand closer with each other. These creatures have one heart that binds them forever.

Many today are suffering from homelessness, hunger, and sickness because of the trials of life. It is designed with a purpose. And that purpose is to test our hearts.

We are the greatest creatures ever made. If we forget our differences, and consider the sufferings of others, then, we deserve to be called “Servants of God”

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
